My Favourite Things Series

So I thought I'd give everyone a chance to really get to know me. I've decided to do a My Favourite things' series. Hobbies and interests, people and other random stuff like that.

So I'm going to kick it off this series with…my favourite sportswear brands.

Now, as a Personal Trainer I spend my life its sportswear. Life doesn't get any better than that right? One of my life goals is to become a sponsored athlete. I love the idea of representing a brand and being part of a team. I guess it stems from my years playing team sports! I thrive off pushing other people and working as a team accomplish something! So these brands that I love wearing, but would also love to represent one day.

Ok so here is my top 3 (In no particular order).

Nike (Nike Website)

Mission Statement:

BRING INSPIRATION AND INNOVATION TO EVERY ATHLETE* IN THE WORLD.*IF YOU HAVE A BODY, YOU ARE AN ATHLETE.

Yeah I know, they're the leader when it comes to everything sport. They are affiliated with some of the top athletes and sporting legends across most sports. They also have access to some of the best trainers and coaches around. I guess that’s why it would a dream to represent them. To be recognised as one of the best trainers around would be an amazing achievement. But overall I love who they are and what they stand for. They give every person and athlete the inspiration to be the best they can be. Plus 99% of their slogans are amazing!

Their products are consistent, comfortable and functional. But also carry a massive sense of pride along with them. I love that ‘new Nike gear’ feeling! It is also great that they represent two of my favourite sports (Basketball and American football). With that in mind, I’m constantly looking at the latest gear that Nike release on the NFL & NBA sites.

Under Armour (Under Armour Website)

 Mission Statement:

MAKE ALL ATHLETES BETTER THROUGH PASSION, DESIGN, AND THE RELENTLESS PURSUIT OF INNOVATION.

Just like Nike I love what these guys stand for. Who wouldn’t want to be part of that team! Their products are amazing, the athletes represent them are amazing. They aren’t as popular in the UK but are one of leaders in the US.

They have so many great professional athletes and coaches that lead the way in inspiring people to get better at what they do. And isn’t that what we all want…to get better?? They encourage people to push and motivate each other to be great…I say…I WILL!!

 Lulu Lemon (Lululemon Website)

Mission Statement:

CREATING COMPONENTS FOR PEOPLE TO LIVE LONGER, HEALTHIER, FUN LIVES.

I just love the Lulu Lemon brand. Being a part of that would be a dream. Amazing product material, amazing fit. They just can’t be beaten for quality! Feels great and looks great. Most people see Lulu Lemon as just a yoga brand, but they promote all things health and fitness. The quality and design of the products means they can be used across all types of activities. They promote living life, loving life and having fun doing so!

Plus, if you’ve ever been into any of the Lulu Lemon stores, you’ll know what I mean when I say they’ve nailed the customer service game too! I mean talk about someone making you feel welcome from the second you walk in! “I’ll take more please”!
