So hello and welcome back to my blog!
I thought I’d start off by saying apologies for my absence. I’ve been working hard to really try and get the site looking right so I don’t have to think and/or doubt what I am trying to do here. But I think I’ve finally got it…WOOHOO!!
Now, without further a do… my Training Log is now live. It’s really a channel for me to document my training. So I can express exactly how I’m feeling and well...everything really!! So I hope you enjoy it.
The fitness industry is probably the most contradictory industry in the world because there are so many arguments for and against certain types of training.
It’s hard to pick out the good stuff from all the crap out there!
My opinion is that really, just do what you enjoy and whatever helps you reach your goal. Now what do I mean by this…. well unfortunately, you also need to realise that sometimes you are going to have to things that might be boring or tedious.
In this sedentary world we live in, our bodies now find it difficult do certain things due to the human race being, ‘out of practice’. So YES; things are going to hurt and YES; it’s going to be hard. People with bad backs are going to have to do Pilates whether they like it or not. If your stressed and inflexible you’re going to have to do Yoga. If you do anything your body has not done before then you WILL become tight, you WILL have to stretch and it will not be pleasant (to start with anyway).
SO… my Health & Fitness Posts are here to help and my Training Log is to share what I do, think and experience while I train. Please remember that this is all just my opinion.
