'PhotoWalks' for Stress Relief | Blogmas Day 1

Hows it going everyone? Pinch punch first of the month and all that jazz.

I decided in early November that I was going to try and attempt 'Blogmas'. For those of you who don't know, Blogmas is a post a day, for the 25 days leading up to Christmas Day. Yes, it's going to be a challenge, but, I'm actually super excited to take it on. So lots to looks forward too. Just so you don't miss out, follow me on Bloglovin' via the sign up form or via my social media links all at the bottom of the page.

So for todays post I just wanted to share some of my recent photography with you guys. I've been trying to go on 'Photowalks' when I can. The more pictures I take, the more I love the walks.

First up heres a look at some of my favourite images while on a 'PhotoWalk' with my mate Adam. I took images 1-4 using my dads old Nikon F501. It was definitely a challenge to use, but some of the shots turned out ok. The rest are shot on my Canon M3.

I loved using the Nikon and I could've easy been snapping away with it all day, but after forgetting a few times that I only had a limited number of shots...it was too late! More to come from this bad boy!

These next shots are ones taken from my recent trip to Center Parcs, Sherwood Forest with Helens family. Now i'm not sure nature photography is something that I would think about doing very often. But getting up early and going out on a 'Photowalk' is actually quite therapeutic.

My advice to anyone suffering from stress or struggling to clear their head, is to definitely think about walking. It helps to lower the heart rate and helps you to really think, without any distractions. Obviously not everyone can hop on over to Center Parcs for a stroll between meetings. But finding a park or a different route home is definitely worth it.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Come back for more from my daily Blogmas adventures. If you have questions or something you'd like me to cover then please do let me know by commenting below.

Until next time,
